Meanwhile, Falcons had the easiest bomb planting on B Site with the further explosion. Moreover, nobody died in this round because the Russian players instantly realized their mistake and decided to save their guns for the next round.
• Another outmaneuvered moment occurred in the twenty-seventh round of overtime. m0NESY and NiKo, being the only survivors after Falcons rushed B Site, moved to Connector. tN1R and zont1x rotated to be ready for a post-plant scenario or to prevent a bomb planting. After not finding the Falcons, they headed to A Site, while m0NESY and NiKo planted a bomb on B Site. This strategy gives them the essential time and ensures that even if they fail in the post-plant scenario, there would not be enough time to defuse a bomb.

Overall, the first match ended 14:16, but it was still too early to celebrate for Falcons. The next map, Mirage, was a peak of Team Spirit. Moreover, the Russian team has a 58.8% win rate on this map, while Falcons can offer only 50.4%. Dust II was the decider and, undoubtedly, the most spectacular map for the Semifinals. Both teams clearly understood that it was their last chance to enter the Grand Final.
